FERTILITY CARE PROGRAM - CREIGHTON MODEL SYSTEM

 The Creighton Model FertilityCare System provides women with the opportunity to understand their cycles, identify their days of fertility and indertility and monitor their own reproductive health and the changes that may occur. By learning to chart their cycles they will be able to investigate and treat gynecological health issues. These conditions could include endometriosis, uterine fibroids, unusual bleeding, PMS, polycystic ovarian syndrome and dysmenorrhea to name a few.

Charting with the Creighton Model System serves as the foundation for the new women’s health science known as NaProTECHNOLOGY which investigates and treats the underlying causes of gynaecological issues such as infertility, miscarriages, hormonal dysfunction, premenstrual syndrome, ovarian cysts, unusual bleeding, irregular cycles, etc.

The Creighton Model FertilityCare System also provides couples with a method to avoid, achieve or space their pregnancies.

The one-year FertilityCare Program includes:

• A private introductory session on the Creighton Model FertilityCare System

• Charting starter kit including charts, stamps, and user manual

• 8 private follow-up sessions to ensure accurate observations and charting

• Referral to a NaProTECHNOLOGY Medical Consultant, if required

Additional sessions with your Pracitioner beyond the first year are provided as needed.

HEALTH COACHING PROGRAM

As a Holistic Health Coach, I am trained to educate and support clients to find their way to better health.

I can offer guidance and inspiration to help you improve your diet and lifestyle habits, one step at a time.

1-on-1 Coaching 

• Initial consultation where we will discuss your health needs and goals while focusing on stressors, lifestyle, nutrition and health needs.

• 6 follow-up appointments that occur after your initial consultation. During these sessions we will work together to achieve your wellness goals.

• Handouts and supporting documents will be provided throughout the course of the program. 

• Email and Whatsapp support between sessions.
